When you find an item you like in the store, click “Add to Cart” to add it to your shopping cart

You cannot purchase “Pre-order Items” and “Regular Items” together in the same shopping cart. Additionally, even if they are both “Pre-order Items,” you cannot purchase them together if their “Release Dates” differ. Please place separate orders.

Review the contents of your shopping cart and click the “Proceed to Checkout” button to proceed to the customer information registration page.

• *Shipping costs are not included in the prices shown in your cart.
• *Regardless of the number of items ordered, a flat shipping fee of 800 yen (tax included) applies per shipment nationwide. No additional fees are charged for deliveries to the outlying islands. However, this does not apply to the delivery of large items; please check the individual product information pages for details.
• *Quantities are limited, so sales will end once stock runs out.

If you register as a member and make a purchase using that account, you can check the status of your order from your order history on My Page. Membership registration is free. Please register using one of the two methods below and confirm your registration.

• 1. “Continue on Shop”
• This registration method uses your “Shop Pay” account, a credit card payment service provided by “Shopify.” Once you register your Shop Pay account, you can complete future purchases simply by entering a 6-digit verification code (via SMS) without having to re-enter your address or credit card information.Your Shop Pay account can be used not only at this store but also at other Shop Pay-compatible stores. Please follow the instructions on the Shop Pay registration screen to sign up.
• 2. “Submit Email Address”
• “A one-time password (authentication code) will be sent to the email address you registered. Please enter that code. Additionally, when you log in again after registering, you will be prompted for another one-time password (authentication code); please enter that code to log in.”

Please enter the order information required for shipping (name, address, contact information, and phone number).

• *We will send an “Order Confirmation Email” and a “Payment Confirmation Email” to the email address you provided. Please ensure that you can receive emails from “mail.shop.mentrecording.jp” and “support-user.com” by adjusting your spam filter settings or adding these addresses to your allowed senders list.For detailed information regarding your contract terms and setup procedures, please contact your mobile carrier or the manufacturer of your email software.

Your order will be shipped via Yamato Transport.

• *The estimated shipping date is listed on each product’s detail page; please check this information at the time of purchase.

This store offers a variety of payment methods to choose from.

• For shipments within Japan:
  Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, convenience store payment, WeChat Pay

• *Please contact your credit card issuer or the respective payment service provider regarding the timing of the charge.
• *If you wish to register a billing address different from the shipping address, you may do so.
• *You can save your payment information on our website. Once saved, you won’t need to re-enter it for future orders.

You can confirm your purchased items using the following methods:

・Via the Order Confirmation Email

After you make a purchase, we will send an “Order Confirmation Email” to the email address you provided. You can view your order by clicking the “View Order” link in that email.

• *Since this is an important email for you, please make sure to adjust your spam filter settings or email reception settings as described in “2. Registering Order Information” in this guide.

・Check via My Account

If you register as a member and make a purchase using that account, you can check your order status in the “Order History” section of “My Page.” Membership registration is free. Please register using one of the two methods below and check your order status.

Please note that, as a general rule, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer after an order has been placed. We will exchange the item for a new one only if it is found to be defective upon arrival or damaged, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that we will cover the return shipping costs for returns due to defects or damage.

Additionally, we do not reship items that have been returned due to the customer’s change of address, an incorrect address entered at checkout, prolonged absence, or non-payment. In accordance with our Terms of Service, such orders will be canceled.
Since shipping fees, handling fees, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, we will refund the remaining amount to the payment method used for your order.
We will notify you via email regarding the refund details when your order is canceled.

• *The listed sizes are generally measured with the item laid flat, so there may be slight variations.
• *The color and texture of the actual product may appear different depending on your monitor or display settings.
