Cancellations:

Please note that, as a general rule, we cannot accept returns or cancellations after an order has been placed if they are due to the customer’s circumstances.

Return and Exchange Policy:

We will exchange the item for a new one only if it is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will cover the return shipping costs for returns due to manufacturing defects or damage. Please note that we cannot process exchanges for items received more than one month after receiving notification from Customer Support. Thank you for your understanding.

For security purposes and to improve service quality, we record warehouse operations. For inquiries regarding improper product packaging or similar issues, we may review the recorded footage before responding, depending on the situation.

* The listed sizes are generally measured with the item laid flat, so slight discrepancies may occur.
* The color and texture of the actual product may appear different depending on your monitor or display settings.

Please note that if you are unable to receive your order due to an undeliverable address resulting from a change of address or an error in the address you provided, prolonged absence, refusal to accept delivery, or non-payment of shipping fees, taxes, handling fees, or other charges, your order will be canceled.In such cases, you shall be responsible for shipping charges, handling fees, return shipping charges, and any other costs incurred in returning the product, and you must pay our company all outstanding amounts related to these costs. Furthermore, any product prices and other fees already paid to our company will be refunded after these costs have been deducted.
